EXECUTIVE / SR. EXECUTIVE – PRODUCTION @ ARIES EMPOWER
We are seeking highly skilled Executive and Sr. Executive level Production professionals to manage advanced multi-process plant operations for a major Chemical Manufacturing Company in Nagpur. The primary focus of this role is ensuring on-time and in-full (OTIF) delivery of products while maintaining the highest standards of safety and operational integrity. Candidates must hold a B.E or B.Tech in Chemical Engineering and have 3 to 7 years of relevant experience, ideally dealing with hazardous or high-energy chemicals such as Nitric Acid, Acetic Acid, or Sulphuric Acid.
Key functions include implementing robust safety programs like Process Safety Management (PSM) and Management of Change (MOC), conducting daily toolbox talks, and leading Kaizen initiatives. The Executive will be responsible for meticulous tracking of Raw Material (RM) and Work-In-Process (WIP) inventory, performing necessary SAP entries, and handling ISO/TPM documentation. Expertise in chemical reactions such as Oxidation, Reduction, Nitration, and Distillation is highly preferred.

Key Requirements
Must possess B.E / B.Tech degree in Chemical Engineering.
Minimum of 3–7 Years of experience in multi-process chemical plant operations.
Demonstrated success in achieving OTIF (On-Time In-Full) delivery targets.
Expertise in implementing safety protocols like PSM (Process Safety Management) and MOC.
Ability to conduct safety training and daily toolbox talks.
Proficiency in RM/WIP tracking and executing SAP entries.
Experience handling ISO/TPM documentation.
Experience working with Hazardous / High Energy Chemicals (e.g., Nitric Acid).
Strong knowledge of chemical processes like Oxidation, Reduction, Nitration, and Distillation.
Proven track record of driving continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen).
