NEPHROLOGY SALES POSITION (7 OPENINGS) @ ARDELYX
Ardelyx is looking to fill seven critical Nephrology Sales positions located in Miami. This role involves selling to Nephrologists and Dialysis Centers for the treatment of Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD). Candidates will be responsible for promoting a first-in-class drug that was recently launched in 2023, ensuring that medical professionals understand the clinical benefits and applications of the medication.
The position offers a competitive compensation package including a base salary, uncapped bonus potential, equity, and a car allowance. Candidates will be expected to manage their territory effectively and build long-term relationships within the renal medical community. Key Requirements
Previous experience in Nephrology or Renal Sales is highly preferred.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a medical environment.
Ability to effectively communicate complex clinical data to Nephrologists.
Experience selling to Dialysis Centers and specialized medical facilities.
Strong relationship management skills to build trust with healthcare providers.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a field-based role.
Valid driver's license and ability to utilize a car allowance for travel.
Experience with pharmaceutical product launches is a plus.
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage a sales territory and develop strategic growth plans.
