Key Requirements
Candidate must be a Certified Coder with CPC, CRC, CCS, CIC, or COC credentials.
Possess strong knowledge in Inpatient DRG (Diagnosis Related Group) coding systems.
A minimum of 1 to 3 years of relevant experience is required for the IP DRG Coder role.
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required for the IP DRG Auditor role.
In-depth understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and surgical procedures.
Expertise in ICD-10-CM and ICD-10-PCS coding guidelines for inpatient care.
Ability to conduct thorough audits of medical records to ensure coding compliance.
Capability to work effectively within an MNC environment in Chennai or Hyderabad.
Strong analytical skills to identify and rectify coding inaccuracies.
