PRODUCT SPECIALIST – MEDICAL EQUIPMENT @ ARABCO MEDICAL
Arabco Medical, a leading healthcare solutions provider operating across the UAE, Egypt, and Kenya, is seeking a dedicated Product Specialist for Medical Equipment to join their expanding UAE team based in Abu Dhabi. This critical role involves promoting and supporting innovative surgical technologies within hospitals and clinics. The specialist will be responsible for providing essential product demonstrations, in-service training, and clinical case support, acting as a crucial link between the company's advanced products and the medical professionals who utilize them.
A core focus of this position is building and maintaining strong professional relationships with key stakeholders, including surgeons, nurses, and procurement teams. The successful candidate must possess a Bachelor ’s degree in Pharmacy and proven experience within the medical or pharmaceutical industry. Key responsibilities also include supporting surgical procedures to ensure optimal product positioning, achieving defined sales targets, and providing valuable market intelligence back to the leadership team. Candidates must possess strong presentation and communication skills, with UAE residency and a driving license highly preferred. Key Requirements
Bachelor ’s degree in Pharmacy
Required medical or pharmaceutical industry experience
Experience with general surgery or minimally invasive surgery (a plus)
Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Must be a Female Arab candidate
UAE residency preferred
Possession of a valid UAE driving license preferred
Ability to promote and support medical equipment in hospitals and clinics
Ability to conduct product demonstrations and in-service training
Proven ability to achieve defined sales targets
