We are currently seeking a Female Remote Patient Relations & Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our Egypt-based team and help drive our patient acquisition efforts. This role involves managing inquiries, professional follow-ups, and coordinating digital marketing activities to enhance clinic growth and patient engagement. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving clinic success and expanding the company's regional footprint. Working in a dynamic and performance-driven environment, you will be responsible for maintaining structured tracking of leads and bookings. This position requires high discipline and accountability as it is a remote role, demanding excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to patient relations. You will collaborate closely with clinic teams and doctors to ensure seamless scheduling and high-quality patient care, contributing directly to the overall growth of Arabco Medical.
Key Requirements
Previous experience in customer service (medical field preferred)
Experience in digital marketing or social media coordination
Strong communication skills in Arabic and English
Professional phone etiquette and persuasive communication skills
Organized, proactive, and results-driven personality
Ability to work remotely with high discipline and accountability
Proficiency in managing patient inquiries and appointment bookings
Skill in following up with leads to convert inquiries into confirmed appointments
Capability to coordinate with clinic teams and manage doctors schedules
Ability to maintain structured tracking of leads and performance metrics
