The role is 100% work-from-home and follows USA night shift hours (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST), making it ideal for candidates based in India who are comfortable with these timings. Being a remote position, you will be expected to manage your tasks independently while staying connected with the team through digital communication tools. This role offers a unique glimpse into the global job market and the backend of hiring processes. The primary responsibilities include applying to jobs directly through official company career portals, maintaining detailed tracking sheets, and conducting daily cold email outreach to prime vendors. Candidates will be expected to track responses, manage follow-ups, and provide daily performance updates to ensure a structured approach to the recruitment pipeline. Successful applicants will be self-disciplined, possess strong written communication skills, and have a basic understanding of spreadsheet tools like Excel or Google Sheets. You will be instrumental in bridging the gap between talent and opportunities by ensuring consistent and professional outreach.
Key Requirements
Candidates should be Freshers or Entry-level with 0 to 3 years of experience.
Possession of a personal laptop in good working condition is mandatory.
Must have a stable and reliable high-speed WiFi connection for daily operations.
Willingness to work USA Timings from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST (Night Shift in India).
Strong written communication skills to handle professional email correspondence.
