Key Requirements
Hands-on experience with Naukri portal sourcing
Prior experience as an IT Recruiter (C2H model preferred)
Exposure to IT clients and requirements
Minimum 6 months of relevant recruitment experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Work on C2H (Contract to Hire) requirements effectively
