Key Requirements
Minimum of 6 months to 2 years of experience as an IT Recruiter.
Hands-on experience with candidate sourcing using the Naukri portal.
Prior experience working with the Contract to Hire (C2H) recruitment model.
Proven ability to source and screen candidates for core IT roles.
Strong coordination skills for interacting with IT clients and hiring managers.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Exceptional interpersonal skills for managing candidate relationships.
Ability to manage the end-to-end recruitment process effectively.
Strong follow-up skills to ensure candidate engagement throughout the process.
Proficient in identifying and evaluating technical skill sets relevant to IT positions.
