Key Requirements
Minimum 6 months of relevant recruitment experience.
Prior experience as an IT Recruiter, preferably with the C2H model.
Hands-on experience with Naukri portal for candidate sourcing.
Proven ability to source and screen candidates for core IT positions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to coordinate with IT clients and hiring managers effectively.
Proficiency in managing candidate communication and follow-ups.
