PHARMACIST SUPERVISOR @ APEX WORKFORCE SOLUTIONS
Apex Workforce Solutions is looking for a dedicated and skilled Pharmacist Supervisor to oversee daily pharmacy operations in Dar es Salaam. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the pharmacy delivers safe, efficient, and high-quality services to all clients. This role involves significant oversight of compliance with local pharmaceutical regulations and internal standards, ensuring the facility is always audit-ready and operating at peak legal and professional efficiency.
Beyond technical oversight, the Pharmacist Supervisor will act as a leader for the pharmacy team, handling staff scheduling, performance reviews, and professional coaching. Key tasks include the meticulous validation of prescriptions for accuracy and appropriateness, as well as comprehensive inventory management. The supervisor will ensure proper stock control, storage protocols, and the timely management of product expiries to maintain a reliable supply chain of medications.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy (BPharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD).
Must be registered with the relevant Pharmacy Council/Board.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a pharmacy or pharmaceutical environment.
Prior supervisory or team leadership experience is an added advantage.
Ability to supervise daily pharmacy operations for safe service delivery.
Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and audit readiness.
Proven ability to review and validate prescriptions for legal compliance.
Skills in staff scheduling and performance management.
Expertise in inventory management and storage control.
Excellent communication and coaching abilities for pharmacy staff.
