Key Requirements
1 to 3 years of experience in technical recruitment.
Specific experience working with Mphasys or similar large accounts.
Strong understanding of IT roles and modern technologies.
Ability to work night shifts (07:00 PM – 04:00 AM IST).
Proficiency in using recruitment tools and Applicant Tracking Systems.
Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills for candidate closing.
High level of English proficiency for international client interaction.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Experience in full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
