This role is perfect for a driven individual with 1 to 7 years of experience who is ready to take their career to the next level by driving revenue and expanding our market presence. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and managing relationships with Tier 1 and Prime vendors.
As this is a US staffing role, the working hours are during the night shift from 07:00 PM to 04:00 AM IST. Key Requirements
1 to 7 years of experience in business development within staffing.
Strong experience with Tier 1 and Prime vendors.
Track record of meeting and exceeding sales and revenue targets.
Ability to work night shifts (07:00 PM – 04:00 AM IST).
Excellent presentation and verbal communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Strategic thinking and market analysis skills to find new leads.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools.
Deep knowledge of the US Staffing market and labor laws.
