Key Requirements
Proven experience as an Account Manager in the staffing industry.
Extensive experience working with Implementation Partners.
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a recruitment team.
Willingness to work night shifts (07:00 PM – 04:00 AM IST).
Excellent client relationship management and retention skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities in management.
Thorough understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to manage multiple client accounts and priorities simultaneously.
Strong leadership, mentoring, and team motivation capabilities.
