Key Requirements

Proven experience as a Pastry Chef, Baker, or relevant culinary role. Great attention to detail and high levels of creativity in dessert presentation. In-depth knowledge of sanitation principles, food safety, and nutrition. Capable of working efficiently in a high-pressure luxury kitchen environment. Ability to create new and exciting desserts to renew menus and engage guests. Working knowledge of baking with ingredient limitations (gluten-free, sugarless, etc.). Certificate or degree in culinary arts, pastry-making, or a related field. Proficiency in using various professional kitchen tools and baking equipment. Excellent organizational and time management skills to meet production deadlines. Strong leadership and communication skills to coordinate with the culinary team.
