Ananta is urgently seeking skilled Industrial Engineering professionals at the Senior Executive or Executive level to join their manufacturing team immediately, specializing in Formalwear (Suit) production. Suit experience is highly preferable for these immediate openings located in Targach, Gazipur. There are 2 vacancies for this role.
The core function involves applying strong practical knowledge in Industrial Engineering to day-to-day operational duties. Key responsibilities include optimizing operations through balancing, focusing on efficiency improvement, detailed line balancing, and achieving significant productivity increases, particularly within the Formal Trouser and Blazer product categories.

Key Requirements
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Industrial Engineering.
Must possess a BSc in Textile Engineering or a BSc in IPE / Industrial Engineering.
Strong practical knowledge in Industrial Engineering techniques and application.
Experience working with Formal Trouser and Blazer production.
Proven ability to implement and sustain efficiency improvement measures.
Skilled in performing detailed line balancing exercises.
A keen focus on driving productivity increases and reducing waste.
Ability to make OB (Optimal Balance) with balancing the operations.
Excellent attention to detail and process adherence.
Strong collaboration and communication skills for effective team integration.
