ASSISTANT MANAGER – INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING (IE) @ ANANTA
Ananta is urgently seeking a dynamic and skilled Industrial Engineering professional to join their team immediately as an Assistant Manager specializing in Formalwear (Suit) production. This role requires immediate joining and is crucial for optimizing production processes and achieving operational excellence at the Targach facility in Gazipur.
Key responsibilities for the Assistant Manager include making OB (Optimal Balance/Output Budget) by effectively balancing operations, driving efficiency improvements, rigorous line balancing, and ensuring significant productivity increases. The ideal candidate must possess strong practical knowledge in Industrial Engineering principles, specifically gained through experience in the manufacturing environment of formal trousers and blazers.

Key Requirements
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Industrial Engineering.
Must possess a BSc in Textile Engineering or a BSc in IPE / Industrial Engineering.
Strong practical knowledge in Industrial Engineering methodologies and implementation.
Proven experience in Formal Trouser and Blazer manufacturing is highly preferable.
Expertise in driving and measuring efficiency improvement initiatives.
Ability to perform complex line balancing and manage operations effectively.
Capable of calculating and managing Optimal Balance (OB) for operations.
Demonstrated leadership ability to guide and mentor junior staff.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and process optimization skills.
Proficiency in relevant IE software and production analysis tools.
