JUNIOR PROJECT COORDINATOR (3 POSITIONS) @ AMYANTEK
Amyantek is actively recruiting three Junior Project Coordinators to support the ONE ID initiatives and Electronic Health Record (EHR) modernization projects within Supply Ontario (Ontario Health). This role is designed for professionals with at least two years of experience in IT or digital health environments who are looking to advance their careers in a fast-paced public sector setting. Candidates will be responsible for operational support, meticulous documentation, and ensuring that project milestones are met efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality.
The positions are based on-site in Toronto for an initial 12-month contract, with the potential for further extension. Key responsibilities include engaging with stakeholders, facilitating client integration processes, and working specifically within the Identity and Access Management (IAM) framework. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to critical healthcare infrastructure projects that impact the broader Ontario health system. Selected candidates will work closely with senior project managers to streamline workflows and improve service delivery across digital health platforms.

Key Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in IT or digital health environments.
Proven experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems.
Demonstrated success in client integration and stakeholder engagement.
Strong documentation skills and ability to provide operational support.
Experience working with Electronic Health Record (EHR) modernization projects.
Ability to work on-site in Toronto for the duration of the contract.
Familiarity with public sector organizational structures, particularly in healthcare.
