Amuse Tech Solutions, a technology company based in the US and Canada, is seeking talented Tech Sales Staff to manage sales and support operations remotely. This full-time role involves a variety of sales-driven activities, including the creation of detailed quotes and proposals that highlight the value of tech products. You will be responsible for researching market trends and specific product features to advise customers on the best solutions for their unique needs. The role is centered on proactive engagement, requiring a mix of technical knowledge and persuasive sales techniques.
Beyond initial sales, the position involves upselling additional features and providing ongoing support to ensure a seamless customer journey. This position is open to candidates in India and requires strict adherence to the New York time zone (6:00 AM to 3:00 PM EST/EDT). Key Requirements
Solid tech background or relevant technical qualifications are mandatory.
Minimum of 2 years of professional sales experience, with a preference for B2B backgrounds.
Must be a resident of India.
Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
Ability to work a fixed schedule according to New York Time (6:00 AM - 3:00 PM EST/EDT).
Proven ability to prepare professional quotes, proposals, and presentations.
Demonstrated experience in upselling products and closing sales deals.
Must possess a personal Laptop or PC with a high-speed and reliable internet connection.
Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a remote team structure.
