This exciting opportunity is for a Sr. Executive – HR & Payroll based in Nashik, India. The ideal candidate will be an experienced HR professional with a minimum of 5 years in HR operations, payroll management, and compliance. This role requires managing the end-to-end HR operations, focusing heavily on accurate payroll processing, statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, etc.), and overall employee lifecycle management, from onboarding to retirement. The designated shift timing is 2:00 PM – 11:30 PM, requiring strong shift flexibility to accommodate UK/US working hours.

Key responsibilities include handling employee relations, managing conflict resolution, and fostering a positive workplace environment. Furthermore, the role involves comprehensive compliance and audit support, HRMS administration, development of HR policies, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). A critical component of this position is managing all employee insurance processes, including new enrolments, claims submissions, and timely renewals, while also providing essential HR helpdesk support to assist employees with queries related to HR, payroll, and benefits within defined turnaround times.

Key Requirements

Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in HR operations, payroll, and compliance. Education qualification of MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent. Willingness and flexibility to work in UK / US shifts (designated 2:00 PM – 11:30 PM shift timing). Proven ability to manage the complete end-to-end employee lifecycle. Expertise in validating payroll inputs, maintaining accurate payroll data, and ensuring statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT). Strong skills in employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance handling. Experience supporting internal and external audits and ensuring regulatory compliance across all HR functions. Proficiency in HRMS administration, development of HR policies, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Ability to manage HR helpdesk support and address employee queries promptly. Experience handling complex employee insurance processes, including enrolment, claims, and renewals. Must have a knack for managing complex HR tasks in a fast-paced environment.
