SALES MANAGER @ ALTUSFX
AltusFX is currently looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our growing team in Business Bay, Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, particularly focusing on high-net-worth individuals, partners, and affiliates. You will advocate for our key products and services while demonstrating the distinct advantages of choosing AltusFX for trading needs. The successful candidate will manage key client relationships to ensure long-term retention and high satisfaction levels. Additionally, you will monitor sales performance metrics, generate detailed reports, and collaborate across departments including marketing, compliance, and operations to optimize the overall client journey. This is a results-oriented position that offers a competitive base salary and performance-based bonuses. Possible work locations include Business Bay and other designated areas in the Dubai region.
Key Requirements
Proven experience (1+ years) in sales, preferably in the CFD, Forex, or online trading industry.
Strong leadership skills.
In-depth knowledge of CFDs, margin trading, financial markets, and regulatory frameworks.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Fluent in English (any other additional languages are an advantage).
Existing client network in the trading or financial industry.
Ability to identify and target high-net-worth individuals.
Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders in marketing and compliance.
