Al Rustumani OAM is currently expanding its operations and seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Accountant specializing in Owner Association Management (OAM). This critical full-time role involves managing the entire spectrum of financial operations for multiple luxury communities located across Dubai. The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring financial stability, transparency, and compliance, directly contributing to the return on investment (ROI) of Dubai's most prestigious real estate assets.Key responsibilities include meticulous financial management, maintaining accurate OA records, and generating transparent financial reports. The Accountant will be responsible for day-to-day operations, including handling accounts payable and receivable processes, efficiently tracking collections, and performing regular reconciliation of bank statements and petty cash. A crucial aspect of this position is ensuring strict adherence to both RERA and internal OA regulatory frameworks. This position requires joining a high-performance team environment that values professional delivery, where staff are expected to use tools like editable Canva-based reporting to provide clients with full source access and clear data visualization. The salary for this position is competitive and will be discussed in detail during the interview process.

Key Requirements

Maintain accurate OA records and generate transparent financial reporting. Handle all accounts payable and receivable functions, including collection tracking. Perform regular reconciliation of bank statements and petty cash. Ensure strict adherence to RERA and OA regulatory frameworks and compliance standards. Proven experience in Owner Association Management (OAM) or Community Management accounting. Strong background in service charge budgeting and forecasting. Ability to work effectively within a high-performance team environment. Demonstrate professional delivery and maintain a high standard of work quality. Expertise in managing complex financial operations for luxury communities. Proficiency in utilizing financial software and reporting tools, including platforms suitable for client reporting (e.g., Canva-based systems).
