Alphosoft is looking for an Oracle Agile PLM Consultant and Architect with a minimum of 16 years of experience to lead enterprise implementations in Milpitas, CA. This senior role involves designing and managing Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions that streamline engineering and manufacturing processes. You will serve as the primary architect for Oracle Agile and Oracle Cloud PLM systems, ensuring they meet the complex needs of modern production environments.
Your responsibilities will include managing Bill of Materials (BOM), leading SAP EBS integrations, and overseeing Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives. You will also be responsible for CAD integration and ensuring seamless data flow between engineering and supply chain systems. This role requires a strategic leader who can coordinate with various business units to deliver high-impact PLM strategies. Relocation to Milpitas, CA, is available for the selected consultant.

Key Requirements
Minimum of 16 years of experience in PLM consulting and architecture.
Expertise in Oracle Agile PLM and Oracle Cloud PLM platforms.
Deep experience in Bill of Materials (BOM) management and strategy.
Proven track record of integrating PLM systems with SAP EBS.
Proficiency in Master Data Management (MDM) for product data.
Strong experience with CAD integration within PLM environments.
Ability to design and implement complex enterprise PLM architectures.
Extensive knowledge of product lifecycle processes in manufacturing.
Excellent communication skills for stakeholder and client management.
Experience leading large-scale digital transformation projects.
