AlphaCom is seeking a highly skilled Blue Prism RPA Professional to join our team in India. This role is central to the development, support, and maintenance of complex Blue Prism RPA solutions within enterprise environments. As a key technical contributor, you will be responsible for building robust automation workflows that streamline business processes and enhance operational efficiency.
In this position, you will manage bot troubleshooting, deployment, and the monitoring of automated processes using the Blue Prism Control Room. You will collaborate extensively with various stakeholders to gather requirements, perform root cause analysis on production issues, and ensure that all automation solutions strictly adhere to established RPA best practices and security standards. Key Requirements
Minimum 5 to 8 years of professional experience in RPA development.
Profound technical expertise in Blue Prism tools and architecture.
Demonstrated experience with RPA Control Room for bot management.
Ability to design and implement end-to-end automation workflows.
Strong skills in troubleshooting and maintaining automated bots.
Proven track record in deploying and scheduling enterprise-level automations.
Ability to perform detailed root cause analysis for technical errors.
Strict adherence to RPA best practices and development standards.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for stakeholder management.
