BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (1 POSITION) @ ALMA WATER
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Manager to lead our expansion efforts in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. With a focus on the F&B and CPG industries, you will be responsible for establishing Alma Water as a premier choice in the region. This is a high-impact role requiring local market knowledge and a proven ability to close deals in a competitive international environment.
The successful candidate will manage all aspects of business development within Dubai, from initial contact to long-term account management. You will collaborate with the global team to ensure brand consistency while tailoring approaches to meet the unique needs of the UAE market. Key Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development roles.
Deep industry knowledge in Food & Beverage (F&B).
Proven experience within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) market.
Track record of identifying and closing new business opportunities.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans.
Strong network of contacts within the retail or wholesale sectors.
Proficiency in utilizing CRM tools for pipeline management.
Capability to work independently and manage a local territory.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
