Allone Infra Private Limited is a leading Punjab-based infrastructure organization currently expanding its Purchase and Procurement Department specifically for the Road Project division. The company is seeking a motivated Senior Executive or Executive - Purchase to join the team at their Head Office in Patiala. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless acquisition of materials necessary for large-scale infrastructure and road development projects, requiring a professional with a strategic mindset and operational excellence.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing purchase operations, including vendor management and the retention of reliable suppliers. Key tasks include the procurement of mechanical spares, electrical materials, and civil supplies. Candidates must be adept at conducting negotiations and preparing comprehensive comparative statements to support cost-effective decision-making. Proficiency in ERP N-Way and MS-Office is essential for managing procurement data and documentation efficiently. The role demands a proactive individual who can coordinate effectively between project sites and suppliers to meet project timelines.

Key Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in purchase or procurement roles.
Educational qualification of Any Graduate from a recognized university.
Strong expertise in vendor management and vendor retention strategies.
Demonstrated ability in negotiation and preparation of detailed comparative statements.
Hands-on experience with ERP N-Way software systems.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
In-depth knowledge of mechanical spare parts used in construction machinery.
Familiarity with electrical materials and components for infrastructure projects.
Understanding of civil construction materials and their procurement cycles.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for internal and external coordination.
