Key Requirements
7–12 years of experience in B2B or Project-led Sales.
Strong background in Water Treatment, EPC, or Infrastructure industries.
Proven expertise in Capital Equipment sales and industrial solutions.
Demonstrated experience in Key Account Management and stakeholder engagement.
Proven ability in Channel Sales and managing regional distribution networks.
Extensive knowledge of Project Execution and technical sales processes.
Leadership mindset with the capacity to mentor and drive a high-performing team.
Strong negotiation skills tailored for large-scale industrial contracts.
Excellent communication, presentation, and reporting capabilities.
Strategic thinking with the ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity.
