This role is central to our esports ecosystem, focusing on delivering high-quality, engaging live streams during tournaments, scrims, and special events. As the primary on-stream personality, you will be responsible for maintaining audience interaction, building community hype, and ensuring a professional broadcast flow. You will collaborate closely with our production team to integrate overlays, manage sponsor placements, and deliver high-retention content that resonates with both casual and competitive viewers.
Technically, you must be capable of managing a smooth broadcast with consistent audio and video quality. For MOBA titles, you will analyze drafts and rotations in real-time, while for BGMI, you will focus on building tension during critical zone shifts and final circles. We offer flexibility regarding work location, with a preferred on-site presence at our studio in Delhi to leverage high-grade production tools, though remote options are available for those with professional-grade hardware and high-speed internet. Key Requirements
Proven experience as a live streamer or broadcast personality in the esports industry.
Deep understanding of MOBA game mechanics, including draft analysis and team-fight rotations.
Expertise in BGMI gameplay, including knowledge of map rotations and tactical positioning.
Ability to maintain a professional yet entertaining personality during long-duration broadcasts.
Proficiency in audience engagement tools and managing live chat environments.
Strong collaboration skills to work with production teams on overlays and segments.
Ownership of professional-grade streaming equipment including an HD camera and microphone.
High-performance PC capable of handling simultaneous gaming and high-bitrate streaming.
Stable, high-speed fiber internet connection with a reliable upload speed (for remote applicants).
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and ability to simplify complex game strategies.
