Alansa Technologies is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Technical Consultant to join our dynamic team in a hybrid working model. This role is ideally suited for candidates located in or willing to work from Pune or Bangalore, India. As a key technical resource, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform, ensuring that business requirements are met with high-quality technical architecture. You will work closely with stakeholders to drive end-to-end delivery and serve as a trusted advisor to our global clients.
The successful candidate will focus on a wide range of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and HRSD. Responsibilities involve deep-dive configurations of the CMDB, Discovery, Event Management, and Service Mapping. You will also be expected to build robust Scoped Applications, develop complex APIs, and create efficient automation workflows. Proficiency in Domain Separation and CMDB architecture is essential to succeed in this role, as is the ability to maintain certifications and stay updated with the latest ServiceNow releases.

Key Requirements
At least 7+ years of professional experience as a ServiceNow Technical Consultant.
Proven hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and systems architecture.
Mandatory expertise in both ITSM and ITOM modules.
Demonstrated experience working with CSM and HRSD modules.
Deep technical knowledge of CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping processes.
Ability to design and implement Event Management and automation workflows.
Strong experience building Scoped Applications and custom APIs.
Proficiency in Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and advanced scripting techniques.
Solid understanding of Domain Separation and CMDB data architecture.
Required certifications: Certified System Administrator (CSA).
Required certifications: Certified Implementation Specialist - ITSM (CIS-ITSM).
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
