ORACLE ADF DEVELOPER @ ALANSA TECHNOLOGIES
Alansa Technologies is currently seeking an experienced Oracle ADF Developer to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end design, development, and maintenance of high-quality enterprise applications using the Oracle Application Development Framework. You will leverage your expertise in ADF Faces, Task Flows, and Business Components to build scalable solutions that integrate seamlessly with various databases and external systems. Your role involves active participation in the full software development lifecycle, from initial requirement analysis to final delivery and ongoing maintenance.
Beyond core development, the ideal candidate will possess strong debugging and optimization skills to enhance application performance. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that technical solutions align with business objectives and user needs. Candidates should be comfortable working in an Agile environment and possess a deep understanding of Java, J2EE, and MVC architecture. Experience with Oracle WebLogic Server and Oracle Fusion Middleware is highly desirable, as is a basic understanding of UI/UX design principles to improve user interaction with the systems developed.

Key Requirements
4 to 6 years of total professional experience in software development.
Minimum of 3 years of dedicated hands-on experience with Oracle ADF.
Expertise in ADF Faces, ADF Task Flows, and ADF Business Components.
Proficiency in Java and J2EE development with a strong grasp of MVC architecture.
Strong knowledge of Oracle Database, including writing efficient SQL and PL/SQL queries.
Practical experience working with Web Services, specifically SOAP and RESTful APIs.
Solid understanding of SDLC processes and experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Proven ability to debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance.
Prior experience or exposure to Oracle WebLogic Server for application deployment.
Familiarity with Oracle Fusion Middleware and enterprise integration patterns.
