MAINTENANCE MANAGER @ AJINOMOTO FOODS
Ajinomoto Foods is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to join our operations in San Diego, CA. This leadership role is vital for managing complex manufacturing operations and ensuring the peak performance of critical facility assets. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing maintenance strategies, driving safety initiatives, and enhancing the overall reliability of the production environment.

Key Requirements
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required for effective leadership.
Possession of at least a two-year technical degree in a relevant field.
Extensive experience in complex manufacturing operations.
Direct exposure to and knowledge of ammonia refrigeration systems.
Demonstrated leadership experience in a maintenance management capacity.
Ability to influence reliability and safety metrics within a facility.
Must currently hold an active TN Visa for sponsorship eligibility.
Strong understanding of long-term asset performance and lifecycle management.
Proven track record of managing maintenance teams and budgets.
Excellent organizational and communication skills to coordinate with various departments.
