Key duties include managing candidate pipelines, utilizing various job portals and social media platforms for outreach, and maintaining accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). This role is crucial for supporting our rapid growth in the IT staffing sector.

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Must be a Fresher or have minimal prior recruiting experience.
