Key Requirements
Professional experience in agribusiness or agricultural management.
Strong background in finance or cooperative development.
Demonstrated passion for working with and empowering farmer organisations.
Practical and hands-on approach to solving business and organizational challenges.
Ability to inspire, motivate, and lead professionals in a multicultural environment.
Strong understanding of cooperative principles, legislation, and organizational structures.
Experience in providing technical advisory services to rural and agricultural businesses.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective training and coaching.
Proficiency in French and English to handle local and international reporting.
Willingness to travel frequently to rural areas within Ivory Coast.
Degree in Agriculture, Economics, or a related field of study.
