Africa Elegant Limited is actively seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Tanzania. This pivotal role requires candidates to possess between 4 to 6 years of specialized experience within the mining spare parts sales sector. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving revenue growth, managing key accounts, and expanding our market presence across Tanzania and neighboring countries. To ensure maximum effectiveness in the role, the selected Sales Executive will undergo a comprehensive three-month training program based in Dubai. Following this specialized training, extensive travel will be required to meet sales objectives and develop relationships across various regions in Tanzania and potentially nearby countries. Key Requirements
4–6 years experience in mining spare parts sales.
Willingness to undergo 3 months of comprehensive training in Dubai.
Ability to travel extensively across Tanzania and neighboring countries to meet business objectives.
Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales performance targets.
Strong knowledge of mining equipment and the spare parts market.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong, profitable client relationships.
Proficiency in preparing detailed sales reports and accurate forecasts.
Understanding of the African business environment and sales cycles.
Demonstrated self-motivation and a goal-oriented work ethic.
