Afluex is looking to hire an experienced Video Editor immediately to support our rapidly expanding digital marketing efforts. This mandatory requirement includes a minimum of 3 years of professional video editing experience. Key Requirements
3+ Years of professional experience in Video Editing (Mandatory).
Ability to manage video projects and production pipelines independently.
Proven experience editing video content for real clients and performance targets.
Strong understanding of how video content contributes to ROI-driven marketing.
Confidence in delivering measurable results (e.g., view completion rate, engagement).
Expertise in industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
Proficiency in color grading, motion graphics, and sound mixing.
Experience optimizing video formats for various platforms (social media, website).
Knowledge of current video trends and short-form/long-form storytelling techniques.
Understanding of performance marketing principles and strict deadlines.
