Afluex is urgently seeking an experienced Social Media Specialist to join our growing team. This full-time, on-site role requires a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in managing and scaling social media presence for various clients. We are looking for a professional who can immediately take charge and demonstrate strong expertise in performance marketing within the social landscape. The successful candidate will be based in Vibhuti Khand, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
Key expectations include the independent management of client social media projects, strategic planning, content deployment, and achieving defined performance targets, ensuring all efforts are ROI-driven. You must be execution-focused, capable of handling strict deadlines, and accountable for delivering tangible, measurable results that contribute to client success. Immediate availability is highly preferred for this critical position.

Key Requirements
3+ Years of professional experience managing social media campaigns (Mandatory).
Ability to manage social media projects and client accounts independently.
Proven experience handling real clients and achieving social media performance targets.
Strong understanding of ROI-driven marketing strategies across major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
Confidence in delivering measurable results (engagement, reach, conversions).
Expertise in developing and implementing comprehensive social media content calendars.
Proficiency in social media analytics and reporting tools.
Experience with paid social media advertising and budget management.
Knowledge of current social media trends and platform algorithms.
Understanding of performance marketing principles and deadlines.
