SOFTWARE ENGINEER (SENIOR LEVEL) @ AE TALENTS GROUP
The Senior Software Engineer will play a pivotal role in the modernization of legacy, business-critical enterprise applications. The primary focus of this position is to re-platform existing SharePoint and InfoPath-based solutions into modern, scalable web applications that meet current enterprise standards. You will be responsible for transforming complex business workflows into clean, reusable, and maintainable systems, ensuring high performance and reliability across the stack. This hands-on role involves involvement in prototyping, framework development, and setting application standards across multiple platforms to ensure consistency and quality. In this hands-on role, you will collaborate closely with architects, fellow engineers, and business stakeholders to prototype and develop framework standards. Your daily activities will involve redesigning workflow-driven systems, building dynamic forms with role-based functionality, and contributing to frontend, backend, and database development. Key Requirements
At least 5 years of professional software development experience.
Extensive experience with SharePoint, including InfoPath forms, workflows, and approvals.
Demonstrated success in modernizing or refactoring legacy enterprise systems.
Strong background in developing complex enterprise-grade web applications.
Proficiency in Angular for frontend development.
Hands-on experience with ASP.NET Core for backend services.
Advanced knowledge of SQL and relational databases such as SQL Server or Oracle.
Experience with containerized deployments using Kubernetes or OpenShift.
Ability to design reusable and auditable software solutions for enterprise environments.
Familiarity with Active Directory for enterprise authentication and security.
Experience with Git-based development workflows and version control systems.
Strong ability to redesign workflow-driven and approval-based business systems.
Capacity to contribute across the entire application stack including database layers.
Excellent collaboration skills for working with architects and business teams.
Ability to build dynamic forms with robust validations and role-based functionality.
