Key Requirements
1–2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
Agency experience is a major plus for this role.
Deep understanding of Google Ads Manager platform.
Proficiency in managing and optimizing through Meta Business Suite.
Strong knowledge of Google Analytics for data tracking.
Analytical mindset with comfort in extracting actionable data from numbers.
Ability to plan, execute, and scale paid campaigns across multiple platforms.
Experience in monitoring daily performance and fine-tuning bidding strategies.
Skilled in creative collaboration with design teams for high-converting visuals.
Proven track record of A/B testing landing pages and ad formats.
