We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie (CDP) to lead culinary sections at the Navi Mumbai International Airport kitchen. As a CDP, you will be in charge of ensuring the highest quality of food service for a variety of cuisines including Gujarati, Rajasthani, Pan Asian, Continental, and Indian styles. You will be responsible for managing your station independently and guiding DCDPs and Commis. The salary offered for this role is ₹40,000 (CTC). The CDP role is critical in maintaining the kitchen's operational efficiency and ensuring that all dishes meet our stringent quality and taste profiles. You will collaborate with the executive chef on menu development, kitchen management, and staff training. Key Requirements

Extensive experience as a Chef de Partie in a professional kitchen In-depth knowledge of North Indian, South Indian, and regional cuisines Mastery of Pan Asian and Continental cooking methods Strong leadership and team management capabilities Exceptional understanding of food safety (HACCP) standards Ability to handle high-volume food production efficiently Excellent organizational and time management skills Creativity in menu execution and plate presentation Ability to work without accommodation near Navi Mumbai Airport Professional degree in culinary arts or equivalent experience
