Acropolis Associates is seeking a highly skilled Printing Expert specialized in Paper Packaging on behalf of an international client. The client is a leading foreign company providing end-to-end packaging and visual merchandising solutions for luxury global brands. This role is central to managing the technical aspects of production, from initial sampling to final mass production, ensuring that all printed materials meet the rigorous standards of premium consumer electronics and retail sectors.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing advanced technical processes, including machine calibration, color accuracy via G7 and ISO standards, and quality assurance at various supplier locations. This position requires a high degree of mobility, with approximately 70% of the time spent traveling within China and Southeast Asia to conduct supplier audits and supervise production. The role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, international environment on high-visibility projects for some of the world's most recognized premium brands.

Key Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in paper packaging printing specifically for consumer electronics or premium retail packaging.
Deep understanding of printing machinery calibration, mechanical accuracy, and preventive maintenance protocols.
Mandatory prior experience working with high-end brand requirements and quality standards.
Strong technical knowledge of offset/flexo print technology, inks, coatings, substrates, and finishing processes.
Expertise in color management, including G7/ISO standards, ICC profiles, and spectrophotometric control.
Ability to evaluate print quality and perform systematic root-cause analysis for production defects.
Advanced proficiency in English, both written and oral, for international communication.
Ability to travel 70% of the time, primarily within Guangdong province, Southeast Asia, and occasionally worldwide.
Willingness to conduct frequent on-site production supervision and comprehensive supplier audits.
Proficiency in defining technical specifications for color profiles, print curves, and substrates.
Capability to perform and supervise ink key profiling and zonal ink control adjustments.
