Ace Healthcare is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to fill the role of Executive – Procurement. This pivotal role involves managing the full procurement lifecycle, ensuring that all purchasing operations are executed efficiently and align with both technical and commercial requirements. Key responsibilities include diligent research of potential vendors, thorough evaluation of suppliers based on factors such as price, discounts, and contractual terms, and meticulous management of all day-to-day purchasing activities, from issuing Purchase Orders to tracking delivery schedules. The successful candidate will also be responsible for preparing and reviewing comparison reports for procurement decisions.

The successful candidate will be expected to effectively negotiate contractual terms with suppliers, maintain an accurate and updated vendor database, and prepare detailed comparison reports to inform strategic procurement decisions. Candidates must possess a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar capacity. Flexibility to work extended hours when required is essential. Key Requirements

Degree in Business Administration, Logistics Management, or a related field Strong knowledge of business/financial analysis, negotiation, benchmarking, vendor management, budgeting, and forecasting Flexibility to work extended hours when required Minimum 4 years' experience in a similar role (pharmaceutical industry experience preferred) Excellent written and spoken English Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle). Ability to analyze market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities. Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective vendor relations. Demonstrated experience in contract drafting and management. High level of ethical conduct and integrity in all procurement activities.
