A significant part of this role centers around meticulous document and order management. Responsibilities include booking orders (handling Sales Orders - S.O.), diligently updating and monitoring clients and PMR’s regarding unreturned green invoices, performing regular checks of pending green invoices per account, and encoding all new invoices into the mother file. The role requires making summaries of pending green invoices for weekly submission of reports (returned/unreturned green invoices) to the COO and ensuring all customer service files are complete and properly filed. Additionally, the receptionist is responsible for monitoring, collecting, issuance, and disposal of ink cartridges, preparing Sales Order Forms, assisting with clearance checks for pending green invoices, and managing general office support tasks such as occasionally ordering and preparing food and reminding staff about low office supplies.
