SOCIAL WORKER (CASE MANAGEMENT REVIEW) @ ACCOUNTABLE HEALTHCARE
This position is for a Social Worker specializing in Case Management Review located in Jackson, Mississippi. The successful candidate will work within the PEDS Social Work and Discharge Planning department, ensuring that pediatric patients receive appropriate care and transition plans. The role operates on a standard full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with a contract start date set for March 9th. The gross weekly compensation for 40 hours is $2400, consisting of $28.85 per hour taxable and $31.15 per hour non-taxable income. Applicants must possess either an LMSW or LCSW designation along with a valid Mississippi State License. The position requires a high level of organization and the ability to manage complex discharge planning scenarios. As a key member of the healthcare team, the Social Worker will facilitate communication between medical staff, patients, and their families to optimize health outcomes and community resource utilization.
Key Requirements
Possession of an LMSW (Licensed Master Social Worker) certification.
Possession of an LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) certification.
Must hold a valid and active Mississippi State License.
Previous experience in Pediatric (PEDS) Social Work environments.
Demonstrated expertise in discharge planning and case management procedures.
Ability to start the contract on the specified date of March 9th.
Willingness to work a fixed schedule of Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
