GYM RECEPTIONIST (FEMALE) @ ACCOR
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Gym Receptionist to join our Health Club team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our members, greeting them with a friendly and professional attitude while managing the daily flow of the health club. Key responsibilities include handling check-ins, managing memberships, answering phone calls, and booking appointments. You will also be responsible for providing detailed information about our gym services, fitness classes, and ongoing promotions to enhance the member experience and ensure guest satisfaction.
In addition to front-desk duties, the role involves various administrative tasks and ensuring the reception area remains clean, presentable, and organized at all times. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about fitness and hospitality who are currently based in the UAE. Preference will be given to candidates on a visit or cancelled visa who are available to start immediately. Key Requirements
Female candidates only (role requirement)
Previous experience in gym, health club, spa, or hotel reception is preferred
Good communication skills in English
Presentable with strong customer service skills
Basic computer knowledge
Currently available in the UAE
Ability to handle check-ins and membership inquiries professionally
Effective phone call management and appointment booking skills
Proactive attitude towards providing information about gym services and promotions
Strong organizational skills to maintain the reception area cleanliness
