We are urgently hiring for an HR Recruiter to join our dynamic USA-based team in a fully remote capacity. As an HR Recruiter, you will be at the forefront of our growth, identifying and attracting top talent to join our expanding departments. Your role will involve sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure we find the best fit for our various open positions. This is a fast-paced role that offers significant rewards for success and the chance to work with an international organization from the comfort of your home. The salary for this role ranges from ₹30,000 to ₹80,000 per month. The position features flexible working hours and a five-day work week. We provide full training for freshers, ensuring that you have all the tools necessary to excel in talent acquisition and human resources management within our company structure.
Key Requirements
Source potential candidates through various online channels and job boards.
Screen resumes and job applications to find qualified candidates.
Conduct initial phone or video interviews to filter applicants.
Coordinate with department heads to understand their hiring needs.
Update internal recruitment databases and tracking systems.
Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Negotiate job offers and facilitate the onboarding process.
Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices.
