Key Requirements
Proof of passing the NCLEX-RN examination.
Current nursing registration with the Sri Lanka Medical Council or equivalent board.
A recognized Nursing degree or higher qualification.
Significant clinical experience in specialized or general nursing units.
English language proficiency (IELTS/PTE) as required by U.S. nursing boards.
Valid Sri Lankan passport and clean legal record.
Willingness to complete additional training if required by the hiring facility.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in a patient-care setting.
Strong understanding of international patient safety standards.
Readiness to undergo the necessary health and background clearances for U.S. entry.
