The 2aDays Summer 2026 Rotational Internship is an 8-week, paid, fully remote program designed to give college athletes real business experience inside college athletics, moving beyond mere busy work. Interns will work directly with company leadership, including managers and the CEO, contributing to meaningful, measurable projects that support the next generation of recruits navigating the complexities of NCAA and NAIA rating and review platforms. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across multiple critical areas of a fast-growing sports business company.
This selective rotational program, running from June 1st to July 24th, 2026, requires approximately 15 hours per week. Interns will gain invaluable experience across diverse disciplines, including Editorial content creation, strategic Outreach, sophisticated Digital Marketing/PR campaigns, and foundational Sales processes. Successful participants will build a resume that clearly signals initiative and credibility, preparing them for future careers in sports, business, marketing, or media. The compensation for this internship is $100 per week, which equates to $400 USD per month, and/or college credit, depending on the participating university's policy.
Key Requirements
Must be a current college athlete or recently graduated student athlete.
Demonstrated strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Must be highly organized and reliable in managing tasks and timelines.
Confidence required when performing outreach and networking activities.
Self-motivated and positive attitude essential for remote work environment.
Commitment to working approximately 15 hours per week.
Ability to execute real projects that create measurable business impact.
Available to work the full 8-week term from June 1 to July 24, 2026.
Experience or strong interest in Editorial tasks, content creation, or media.
Capacity to adapt quickly and contribute across multiple departments (Marketing, Sales, Editorial).
