1st Nest Realtors Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our real estate consultancy team in Gurugram. Founded by retired Defense Officer Mr. Krishna Nand, our company is built on a foundation of military-grade integrity and transparency. In this role, you will be responsible for initiating and generating sales through both existing and new client networks, aiming to build a strong revenue base for the organization. You will organize site presentations, meet with prospective buyers, and suggest properties that align with their specific needs and financial goals.

Key Requirements
1–3 years of experience in residential property sales is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field is an advantage.
Must have local market knowledge of Gurgaon.
Possession of a personal vehicle for site visits is mandatory.
Highly confident with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, passionate for sales, and possessing a growth mindset.
Demonstrate excellent negotiation skills to close deals effectively.
Ability to organize and lead meetings with prospective buyers.
Capacity to collaborate with marketing and research teams on strategies.
Reliability in maintaining daily and weekly sales activity reports.
